Odds and Ends

I don't know if anyone else watched "Newton's Dark Secrets" on Nova last night, but it was really good. For those of you who hadn't heard Newton even calculated the year the world will come to an end - 2060. I think he would have made a perfect c2c guest, but for Art and not Noory. I am sure had there been such a show back then all his critics (and he had plenty) would have sat at home saying what a snake oil salesman he is.

Kevin Randle has finally updated his blog with a rebuttal of Nick Redfern's book "Body Snatchers in the desert." Kevin's post is titled "BS in the desert."

There was a short 5 second bit of "Russian Film" making the rounds of the UFO circuit awhile back. It quickly seemed to disappear from the web, but if you missed it you can find out all about it here http://www.geocities.com/kbat_alien_footage_investigation/. I personally saw the film when it was still up and thought it was probably fake, but who knows. This site does contain a frame capture from the film.
