Linda Moulton Howe tells me she will be on c2c, Jan 20, to talk about "Peculiar Phenomenon." So I am looking forward to that.
They are apparently finding explosives (small bombs, I guess) in strange places in Los Alamos. None of them have actually gone off to my knowledge, but they have found 4 so far. I am guessing this isn't terrorists, as in Muslim terrorists, but maybe some high school kid or a whacked out scientist. That and the man in Eastern NM whose house was burnt to the ground by the mouse he was trying to torch (Mouse Thrown Into Fire Sets Home Ablaze - EarthLink - Strange News) seem to be the big stories here right now. I love the mouse story though, serves that guy right for trying to burn the poor little thing alive.
It has been a incredibly warm January here so far. All the local skiers are upset because there is not enough snow for skiing on Sandia Mt. I don't really mind since I don't ski. They can drive up to Santa Fe or Taos to ski so they should just quit whining and enjoy the warm weather.
That is about all that is going on around here, bombs, arsonist mice and warm weather.

I really hope that the mouse in house story gets that guy arrested.

I don't think that is likely. We will have to be happy with the fact that he paid with his house and whatever was inside.
