Art and his marriage - Get over it!

I was over at the Streamlink (c2c message board) site earlier and I am so disgusted with people now. I cannot believe the horrible things they are saying about Art and his new wife. I may never return to that board. The way they judge Art over this being so soon after Ramona's death, like they have the right to judge what someone in the midst of grief does. Any psychologist will tell them that people all react to grief differently, so he married a 21 year old girl and is moving to the Philippines, this may be a bad decision, but not one he should be judged on by people who know nothing about how he felt. It isn't like he murdered someone! You show me a 63 year old man who wouldn't jump at the chance to marry a young, pretty girl and I will judge that his "parts" no longer work. I have a feeling that many of the men who are making such a big deal about it are just plain jealous. Anyone who could not hear the loneliness in Art's voice was not listening. He could not stand to be alone, without a mate, so he made a rash decision - get over it! I hope he makes fools out of all these jerks by having a long and happy marriage with lots of little Bells.

I agree, Lesley. I'll bet those people who sit in judgment of others would howl the loudest if someone dared to judge them.

Thanks for stopping by Gregory! Nice to meet you.

Nolo - and what a thing to judge someone about, because they fell for a young pretty girl, like that has never happened before.

You are probably right Brian. I also think he may want some more children, so it would make sense to marry a young girl.
