It looks like we are finally going to get a cold snap here on Wednesday. That figures, because I am leaving for Durango, Colorado, where it is even colder, next Sunday or Tuesday, I am not sure exactly which because I may have my dates confused. Anyhow, I am hoping to have internet access in Colorado, but I won't know until I get there.
Actually, I can't wait for it to freeze. My fall allergies just won't go away and I think a good freeze will probably finally rid me of them.
Has anyone been watching FOX news lately? Maybe it is just me, but they still seem really bitter over the election results. Aren't they the ones who always accuse dems of being bitter? Not that I wish to confuse you, I do not consider myself to be a dem, I just do not consider myself to be a Republican either. OK, I guess I really am confused.
I have updated Lesley Land with a new post.
Not much going on here, just preparing to leave and trying to not forget anything that I want to take. Luckily I have lots of c2c and BOA audio to listen to on my long drive, or ride actually, whenever it turns out to be.

Jeebus we love that area of the country. Took the old time train up the Animas into the mts a couple of years ago. We're probably going to move to the Cortez area or SE Utah within 2 years if we're lucky and Kommander Codpiece doesn't blow us all to his own private hell.
That area has been a favorite of mine since I was a little kid. I was totally in love with the train that goes to Silverton and we use to go up there and take it every summer. It is too cold for me in the winter normally, but I would love to have a summer home there.
