I am going to take the news part off of my website. I just don't get around to updating it often enough and it seems silly since I have all the news here at the blog.
It occurred to me today that I am still using my laptop. I have used it so long now that I had almost forgot that I have a desk top computer at the shop. It has now been there nearly a month. I haven't called in over a week, but they did assure me they would call when it was ready. Either they forgot to call or they still haven't figured out what is wrong with it. What are my options if they don't figure out what is wrong? The hardware they would have to replace if that was the problem, meaning they would basically have to give me a new computer, but if they can't figure out what the problem is I probably won't get a damn thing and will have to buy a new computer. Frankly, I wish they would just tell me that I have some unknown problem, never before seen in the history of computers, they can't fix it and won't replace my computer. That way I can huff and puff a bit and if at the very least I am not offered a large discount on a new one I will go somewhere else and buy one.
