I would dare say not with the pictures where you cannot make a judgement about the distances and the real size. See, the optics in the cell phones are still pitiful, only somewhere in the next generation of the phones with better resolution lenses we'll be able to get more.
My cell phone has a camera, but having seen the horrible photos taken with cell phone cameras I never felt it was worth the extra $5 a month. My Kodak easy share probably isn't the best, but is better than any cell phone out there.
