This demonstrates just how ridiculous the UK housing market has become. It now has become unaffordable to live in a hole! Flats in my local area are selling at 1/4 million pounds, and my neighbours house is on the market for nearly 1/2 million. They're nothing special, just average homes...madness.

Those prices are higher than here, but lower than a lot of places in the US.
I actually think the cave is kind of cute, but not for the price and with no running water or electric.
