There is someone who spends lots of time whining over others who are following the laws of the USPTO by trying to enforce their trademark. First, this is silly and funny because it is the law and they have no choice. Second, it is really funny because the person whining has filed for his own trademark! Surely he must know that if by some miracle he obtains this trademark or any other, he will be expected to act in the same manner as those he whines about, or lose rights to his trademark? Seems a little hypocritical, doesn't it? Kind of like if I whined about the amount of fuel other people use and then went out and bought a Hummer.

This latest rip-off uses the same, near identical, damn font for _their_ title!
The point is that these sons-of-bitches siphon legitimate, lawful, and genuine interest from a genuine, lawful, and legitimate UFOMAG.com.

Yes, it seems strange to me that this certain AC would bring up something that happened a while ago and obviously without consulting the person who he claims was wronged. If he had talked to that person he may have found that things had been worked out between him and UFO Mag and they parted as friends. So funny how he posts these articles without having all the facts. Why look for facts when you can cause a big stir and maybe attract a couple more hits to your site?
