I've gathered together some phone numbers of people worth harassing below to help shine the light of day on this; send the rats scurrying. You can ask (for instance) if they can tell you what they know about Noble Resolve 07-2, if there is Congressional oversight of this exercise and if there is a nuclear component to this drill.
