Drink Espresso!
No c2c rewind just yet. I hope to soon get around to listening to the entire LMH interview and Graham Hancock who was on with Art Bell Friday. Anyhow we have been busy doing what I guess could be called Fall cleaning. We have now been cleaning the garage for 2 days and it still isn't quite finished. Of course, it hadn't been cleaned very much at all in at least 4 years, so you can imagine what a mess it was. On second thought, I am not sure anyone can imagine the mess that it was. Cleaning makes me grumpy. I only have so much cleaning time within myself per day and it changes depending on the day, sometimes it is more and sometimes it is less, but once I am over whatever the limit for that day was I start to become grumpy. I want to stop, take a bath and have a real meal, but I know if I do that I will never motivate myself to get back to what I was doing and so I stick with it as long as possible. Thankfully I have not only a regular coffee machine, but also an espresso machine. Espresso is something that has to be handled just right. Too much and you will feel worse than you did before, but with just the right amount you can get over most of the grumpiness and have enough energy to continue, at least until it wears off. Yes, you can do stupid things faster and with more energy, like dropping heavy things on your toes and managing to turn the hose sprayer towards yourself, rather than away.
