I haven't really anything ufo or paranormal coming to mind tonight. That is because I spent much of my day out in the real world running errands. The real world seems to sometimes drain the esotericness out of me.
As every week I found myself driving to another part of town to pick up Chinese food from my favorite Korean restaurant. :-) It is also across the way from my favorite Indian (as in India, not native American) restaurant and so I end up bringing home lots of food that will last most of the week! It isn't that I don't like to cook, but I have to be in the mood for it. I always end up out on Tuesdays because that is when the new DVDs hit the rental shops. I also stop at the grocery to pick up pet food and whatever else and normally somewhere else where I can pick up a couple frivolous items to make me feel like I did something fun. Yesterday that included 2 sets of bangle bracelets and a couple of those cute little hair scarves. I am a bracelet fanatic, especially the bangle ones, but I don't care for cuff bracelets as they irritate me.
Of course I am listening to the i-pod while driving around. These days it is my I-pod Shuffle as Britton has finally figured out the joy of I-pods and I haven't seen my 80 gb since then. It is my own fault for making playlists for him to listen to while sculpting. Although, it does give me an excuse to buy a new 80 gb, the cool touch screen ones, but I think I will wait a while. I actually have a 80 gb Zune, but it was such a pain in the ass to set up that I gave up on it. I am saving it for when I get a new computer that already has all the updates and things it needs because I am just not willing to put that much time and effort into getting it set up. All that reminds me that I need to make back ups for my I-pod music or I will be really PO'd if something happens to this computer. I have never been good at getting around to backing things up.
So there you have it, my day and bits and pieces of my life. Pretty boring, eh?
