I also at times have experienced spatial distortions. Nothing like this guy and not very often, normally it is surfaces I know to be flat like my floor suddenly seem to have an incline or be curved. It never lasts very long, thank goodness.

Interesting. I just read mac tonnie's nearly same comment about this on his blog too. I commented there that I've experienced this as well...maybe I'll write about this.

I had kind of wondered if maybe everyone had experienced this at least once in their life. In fact, I had thought about even conducting a poll. The problem would be that most people wouldn't have a clue what Alice in Wonderland syndrome is to know whether they had experienced it or not.
right, but you don't have to call it alice in wonderland syndrome; you can just describe it as anomalous visual distortions and perceptions or something. It might be too long a question for a blog poll though. I'm going to do a poll at yahoo answers, and see what random people have to say.
