The Day After

I trust everyone had a lovely (insert holiday) yesterday. If you are like me you are also glad that it is over with for another year. :-)

This was my first Christmas without either of my sisters and no other family here either. It was a little strange. Not bad, just very different.

I did get an email from my niece Jen in Boston and she had received her presents and seemed happy with them. She was all alone on Christmas, so hopefully they cheered her a bit. I packed it with lots of conspiracy and ufo related stuff, so she has a lot of reading and DVD watching to do. :-)

The pets really enjoyed their presents! Seriously, as much as children. I am sure I will post more about that and some photos at the pet blog soon.

It didn't snow for xmas, but it is suppose to snow today and maybe the most so far this year. We will see, it isn't like the weather people are always correct.

So things here at the blog are back to normal until I leave for Seattle in a couple weeks and then I will be taking the entire week off. I probably will post little updates though, I will have my computer and obviously wouldn't stay somewhere without wifi. No, I am sure that would cause horrible withdrawal -- so for sure I will have internet access.
