Hmm, I just finished watching the BBC's excellent "Walking With Beasts" again primarily because of Andrewsarchus. I found the animal absolutely fascinating, although it's not considered as sexy as it's dino predecessors. It's actually pretty mysterious because only one skull has been found so everything else is conjecture except that it was the largest land mammal carnivore in history, although some say the megistotherium holds the record. But damn, it had hooves!

It was a really amazing creature even given how little we know of it. Would be nice to find some intact remains.
