This post made me chuckle, When I was a young woman in the 70's, understanding that concept was so difficult. I came to realize that it meant-Enjoy the moment without obsessing over the past or worrying about the future. Easier said than done , but when you manage it for a short while, it is marvelous. I find this easier out in nature, especially when hugging a tree !(ha)
