Except for UFO Hunters wasting its first episode on Maury Island (and we wonder why it got cancelled), I thought most serious researchers had already dismissed this as a hoax.
As I recall, everyone on UFO Hunters including Bill, thought it was a hoax. There are certain things they don't want you to say on TV because it makes the show less interesting. Don't be fooled, everyone on UFO Hunters was playing a certain role that the producers made sure they stuck to. Pat was probably the closest to being his real self.
I pretty much stopped watching UFO Hunters midway through its first season because it was so contrived and fakey and only watched very, very sporadically after that even though I strongly support the concept of a UFO show (no offense meant to the guys who, no doubt, gave it their best shot).

I'm always amused at persons expecting programs would be made so no one would watch them and three seasons hardly qualifies as a quick cancellation.
