Not much to say lately and I am busy working on a writing project so that is why there is a lack of posts (here and at my other blogs) other than just news links. Also, I have been trying to get outside and hike and do other outdoorsy things more lately since it isn't so incredibly hot and I know it is only a short time before it will be too cold for me to want to do such things. Whenever I start seeing NM chili in the stores I know the time is short until the weather turns. All I can do is try to enjoy the good weather and hope the winter is mild.
Can't talk about my writing project right now, as I am sworn to secrecy, but you can be sure that I will make a big deal about it in the future. :-)
Back to chili: anyone in NM or anyone that orders Hatch chili from NM - this is a great year! The chili I have bought so far this year is much more flavorful than what I got last year.

Absolutely! The medium I have bought this year is way hotter and tastier than the "hot" from last year. The "hot" is fantastic, but maybe not for everyone.
