That is kind of weird because my understanding from Norio's facebook post was that it was down already. Then again, I didn't bother to check. Sanchez may have just meant he wouldn't be updating or something. I will be taking to Norio later today, maybe I will find out something new.
I finally talked to Norio and he got ahold of Sanchez last night. Sanchez's problem was nothing related to his research, it was a personal thing. He has now decided that he was too hasty in closing down his site and deciding not to publish his book and seems to have changed his mind about that.

The site is still up as of this writing. Maybe he plans to close it down later, or he'll leave it and just stop updating it.
