I am kind of bummed that Rick Sanchez got fired from CNN. One of the reasons I enjoyed Rick's show was the exact reason he was fired - you never knew what crazy shit he might say. Of course, I guess you could say that about Glenn Beck, however, I think Beck is a total fake and everything is done for a the benefit of manipulating his "fans," whereas Rick just did it because he was totally clueless how how others might think about it and it was the way he felt at that moment. Oh well, I am sure CNN will find some generic robot to fill Rick's time slot.
Balloon Fiesta officially kicks off today and Albuquerque is full of tourists! I suppose it is good for the economy so I won't complain.
Not much going on here, as if you couldn't tell by the fact that I wasted time commenting on Rick Sanchez and CNN. :-)

Since CNN's ratings began to seriously slide and its solution was to become a three-ring circus for most of its broadcasting day, I completely stopped watching it. Didn't even know who Sanchez is and didn't recognize his picture. That's how long it's been ...
Reading his remarks, doesn't seem like much of a loss. His was just monumentally self-destructive behavior for someone in his position. He'll probably show up on Fox News next.
