If true, but it seems to have originated from "Sorcha Faal" who seems to be some sort of internet hoaxster, at least so far as I can tell.
Thanks for the info on the sourcing. I had noticed that the article was from 2009 but figured it had slipped thru the cracks - will need to look a bit closer.
