Enough with the fire already!

I want to send love to all the NM firemen and women!  They are so awesome!  Somehow they managed to get the fire in the foothills here contained yesterday with constant wind gusting up to 65 mph.  Those that were off duty actually slept on site Saturday night instead of going home.  Also, they are fighting a large fire in Socorro county and yesterday a truly horrible fire broke out in Ruidoso.  That last fire is zero contained and burning right into town.  Several houses have already burned and many neighborhoods have been evacuated.  Yesterday was too windy to send in helicopters to drop water.  Ruidoso is easily one of my top 3 city/towns in NM, so this makes me very sad.  Also, sending my love to all the people in Ruidoso!  Hang in there!
