Former Senator Schmitt Proposes Dismantling of NASA and Creation of a New, Deep Space Exploration Agency

When I was in grade school and (I think) before he became a Senator for NM, Harrison Schmitt spoke at my school.  I still remember it as being really cool and remember the first question being - how and where do astronauts go to the bathroom? :-)
