As you can tell by the screen grab, it is a teeny tiny Chupacabras. OK, actually it is probably a fetal goat according to the "expert" that looked at it. In fairness to Richard, he wasn't saying it was a Chupa, only that someone told him that was what they thought it was. He just wanted to find out what it was.
