Solely a result of the "information void" facilitated by non-forthcoming government agencies and offices, rank security incompetence of those agencies and offices, and the piqued mendacity of same, a person challenged by a serious mental disorder is lured or entrapped into unending torment, crippling depression, and other punishments which are equally cruel and unusual. This over-a-decade long _torture_ may culminate in a life prison sentence among _rapists_ and _cutthroats_. That is not an America of which this decorated Vet is proud. I am ashamed.
