Hoagie will be updating The Captain's Blog sometime this evening or morning depending where and when you are.
Note - to the guy living on Neptune's moon who called during open lines "via holograph" according to him. A holograph is a handwritten document. Maybe the word you meant to use was hologram, which is a 3 dimensional image created by light. Really neither makes much sense in the context you used it. Maybe the reason you are having problems there on the moon is because you need a better educational system. Really Dude, if you are going to call in as a guy from Neptune's moon then get your lingo straight.

haha, busted
I have been half temped to write an email to the University of Wisconsin and ask about those lines in which Hoagie thinks are human interference. Actually, I think I am.
Let me know the results of that, if you get any.
They added a disclaimer on the front page because of all the mail.

The individual images that are used as input into this product sometimes contain bad data in the form of missing scanlines or anamalously high or low values that often stretch in an arc across the image. When these areas are incorporated into the MIMIC product they form artifacts that fade in and out, and appear to move with the storm center. However, they have no physical meaning and hopefully they will not obstruct your interpretation of the imagery.
