Mr. Gaeckle beholds his own reflection. Mr. Hastings is a friend of mine and has ever held only well supported convictions.
"Wild-eyed" is an ideological smear, and a cowardly one. Moreover, for over a decade Hastings has always been a man of calmness, sobriety, intelligence, and urbanity. Sorry if you were unsettled by the subject, Mr. Gaeckle, and Hastings interest in it, but your unctuous little hit piece does a fine man and an impeccable researcher a gross disservice. For balance, I do a much more in depth study of Robert Hastings for UFO Magazine in a forthcoming issue, to wit:

There's plenty about which to be wild-eyed, Mr. Gaeckle... even as Hastings refrains from same... crack a freaking book! Start with Hall! Buffer with Clark! Parse some Dolan! Dose with Friedman! Wild eyes are decidedly absent even as courage is plain!
