Ralph Steadman was the guest on Alex Jones when I listened earlier today. Steadman did the artwork that illustrated Hunter S. Thompson's articles and many of his books. It was a really awesome interview for a big Hunter fan such as myself. Steadman hinted at the fact that Hunter knew a lot more about the secret government than what he spoke about. A reason to murder him? Just something that crossed my mind. I also want to mention that Steadman has a new book out - The Joke's Over.

I didn't know you were a Hunter fan. I actually met him quite a few years ago now and then ended up going out and sitting down over drinks with him a few times. What a man he was. Without him I probably never would have written a word in my life.
Lucky you! I am terribly jealous. I was never lucky enough to meet him, but I feel the exact same way.
