Made it back to Best Buy today and luckily got some new guy that I hadn't dealt with before. He wasn't the "Mac Guy," but at least he didn't waste an hour of my time trying the same old crap that I had already tried and then tell me I must bring back my MacBook when the "Mac Guy" is working. He actually believed me after checking my computer that indeed the keyboard was fried and took it in to be sent back to Apple to be replaced. Not my fault Best Buy has to eat that expense, I actually didn't think I wanted their service contract for an extra 200+ dollars, but they talked me into it. Good thing! I would be screwed otherwise. :-D
