The "non-lethal" weapons guy, right? Only, those non-lethal weapons are killing people, but continue to be used because they are "non-lethal." War is peace, and love, hate?
Well, not to mention that staring at goats is rather lethal if it works and those were just tests before they could use it on humans.I suppose you are less likely to die of a non-lethal weapon, but they should be called less-lethal weapons.
