RIP Hans Holzer
The passing of someone like Hans Holzer is always a great loss to the paranormal community. That said, I know that Hans will live on through his work and also the work of his daughter Alexandra.

Still here
I had a busy weekend and wasn't feeling so hot so that is why I haven't posted for a while. Pretty sure it is just allergies and not swine flu. The big clue being that I see cotton from the cotton wood trees flying by in the air.
I have about a zillion emails that I haven't got to yet, but I promise to try really hard starting later today. OK, maybe it just seems like a zillion.
It was a really chemy day out yesterday. I went out with the cat around 3 pm, there were a few chemtrails in the sky, like maybe 6, but the sky was mostly blue. Within 30 minutes or so the sky was totally soupy, cloudy and icky -- no blue to be seen. Probably was a good day for IR filming, but I didn't get the time.
The exciting thing that went on over the weekend was the BIG sucess of Fetchapalooza, which you can read about at the pet blog.

UFOs and UFOs
I did finally upload my video and tell the rest of my UFO story from Monday, at LOWFI. Hopefully I will have better editing software before my next sighting. I am also wondering if my video would look and play better if I put it on You Tube, it seems to load slow or something. There will also be a part 3 to this story coming soon, as I forgot to mention the chemtrails because my mind was on the objects.
I finally got around to watching the latest episode of UFO Hunters last night and I loved it! You know I am Nazi UFO obsessed, so I couldn't help it. Besides that, I had somehow missed ever hearing about that compass (is that what it is called?) that the guy here in Albuquerque found, so that was something totally new to me.

It was another beautiful day yesterday and so I was outside doing things and not at the computer so much. Which means I didn't get around to any other blog updates aside from here.
I got my adorable ancient airplane lapel pin from Legendary Times in the mail. I am positive that it is going to look stunning on the lapel of my safari jacket! Really it should look stunning no matter what I wear it on.
I am not happy with imovie even though I updated to the newest version. So I ordered Final Cut Express, the comments at Amazon say it is a much better video editor than imovie. I still will probably post my IR video as is sometime soon -- maybe even later today.

UFO Monday and Grey Matters
I had a very interesting UFO day yesterday. I saw 3 different UFOs and I finally got something on video using the IR setup. I will likely be posting about it at NM LOWFI this morning or later today.

Light and Sunshine!
We watched Capturing the Light last night, but more about that in the next Grey Matters. For even more, get a copy of UFO Mag and check out Alfred Lehmberg's column.
After a couple days of rain and even some snow, it was a lovely day yesterday. The sun was shining and the sky was clear! I felt almost like a new person -- full of Spring joy!
Not much going on. Just finished writing the already mentioned Grey Matters, although, it will probably change a bit before I send it onto Tim. It is always best to sleep on it and check it again. It doesn't prevent typos (at least for me), but it lessens them and hopefully adds a bit of that new day perspective.

Winged Creature day
I felt like there was a theme or a synchronicity to the news links today -- winged creatures. Mothman, Angels and Vampires (which have wings when they turn into bats). I couldn't help but notice it as I went through my new reader yesterday. Wonder what it means? Probably nothing or nothing important, but who knows.
My allergies have been making me tired and even lazier than normal and so I laid around last night rewatching Terence McKenna's The Alchemical Dream: Rebirth of the Great Work. It is a beautiful movie and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in McKenna's work or Alchemy. If you are like me and interested in both -- you will love it!
