Congratulation to Marla!
Just a bit of congratulations to BoA columnist Marla Pena and her husband Enrique on their beautiful baby boy, Alan Mena, who was born over the weekend. I hear that mom and baby are doing fine. I don't know Enrique, but judging by Marla they are going to be great parents and so Alan is a lucky baby! Of course, Marla did all the hard work, but she was up to the task. :-)

Just Crap
Really, people that claim to have been involved in UFOlogy for 25 years or more still think that they are going to solve some mystery? I don't think I have ever thought that and should I last in UFOlogy for 25 years I am positive that I will not think that then because I don't think that now. Bitch of the Day
It is nice that people want to give me money for placing their banners at my sites, but let me say this -- if you think I am going to put up a banner for some Fundie Christian site or Spam site, just don't bother to even ask because it won't happen. I wouldn't even put up a link to such a site, let alone a banner. Why would I put up a banner for a site that has nothing in common with mine? Geez, you would think people would know that!

Bashes? Really? Do these people that keep complaining think that Leslie Kean went on 60 Minutes? She went on the Colbert Report and he treated her no differently than any of his guests. Have they never watched the show?

Jemez Springs
Yes, after having found Jesus and then losing him again - I am home. We had a great time, but I am so tired and sore that I can't possibly look through news, let alone post news links. Although, if I missed anything exciting while I was gone, let me know! I had almost no internet access. I did on one night manage to connect through the wifi of the coffee shop next door, but the rest of the time I couldn't. Not that it mattered very much.
Although I didn't spot any UFOs up there, I did find a spooky old house that I will eventually write a bit more about at NM LOWFI.
and we visited an old graveyard (well, old and new actually)
We spent over 3 hours hiking all the way around a lake
Also, a bunch of other stuff like checking out Soda Dam
Yeah, I pretty much looked like crap, but I had a great time and Pooka loved all the walking!
