Today in Grey Matters I talk about the movie Knowing, but mostly how people take hollywood movies way too seriously. It will be posted later today at Binnall of America. You will find lots of great columns and interviews at BoA -- something new almost daily!
I was in Santa Fe yesterday. I will probably post some photos later today at LOE. Right now I am dead tired, so goodnight!

Livin' La Dolce Vita
Jeez, it is nearing 5 in the morning which means Sister Wolf and probably others are on their way to Dulce and I haven't even been to sleep yet. :-)
Anyhow, mostly I wanted to wish everyone heading that way a safe drive and a great time at the conference! I know that Norio spent a lot of time and effort on it and I am sure it will be great!
Myself, I will spend a quiet Sunday. Outside later, if it is warm enough, soaking up some rays, but not too much -- I don't want freckles or burns. If I am lucky I will see something strange in the sky and get a really good photo of it. It isn't the Dulce conference, but it isn't 4 hours away either. :-)

Writing and regrets
I just finished rewriting Grey Matters for next week. It occurs to me that I am rarely, if ever, completely happy with what I write. However, I was very unhappy with the way I wrote it the first time and had to rewrite it. Still not completely happy with it, but I can live with it. Still, I will likely change it a bit again, after I have thought on what I wrote.
I used to think that whatever flowed out of my mind was OK to write. It was honest. However, I have now realized that a lot of what flows out of my mind is complete crap. After all, if you write everything as it comes into your mind, you may as well have Tourettes. It is a thin line between being honest and just being an asshole. Once you become an asshole, your words lose all impact except to a very few. Of course, that is assuming they have any impact at all, either way. :-)
Still any impact being besides the point, you have to be happy with it. There are certain columns, blog posts and so on that I wish I had not written. Not because of what others said or anything like that, but because I really think they sucked. Once something is out there you can't do much about it.
Somethings were honest at the time, but over time my opinion changed. Others I just feel were basically badly written -- just bad. I suppose it is normal to feel that way.
It isn't something I spend a lot of time thinking about, but I do feel that I should try to avoid adding regrets and be more careful with what I write. :-)

March Madness
After what seemed like at least a week of near 80 degree temps, my yard is covered with snow right now. Not deep snow, maybe half an inch. Such is March. Somewhere I have photos of myself as a child, hunting my Easter eggs in the snow.
Definitely not going to Dulce. Sister Wolf was kind enough to offer me a ride, but I can't imagine being up and ready by the time she is leaving, at 5 or 6 in the morning -- most times I don't go to sleep until then.
I have been ever so slowly working my way through the BoA Ann Druffel interview. Really great stuff! I am way behind on my listening now that I don't have a private office. It is hard to listen when you have to take out your headphones every few minutes because someone is talking to you.
I am off to load the dishwasher and finish up a few things before heading off to sleep.

Wednesday night TV
Last night was Wednesday and my favorite TV night because my 2 favorite shows are on -- Lost and UFO Hunters.
I don't even know where to begin with Lost, but I know where to end -- that shocking ending! As cool as that was, I really hope Ben isn't dead. If he is dead, how is that going to screw up the time line? Ben was like the major player on the island. Now there is Locke, but who was controlling things all those years before? It is going to be really interesting to find out. Well, that is if Ben is really dead.
UFO Hunters did the Dulce Base episode last night. Really a good episode. I am still thinking about that cow and the fetus. Yes, it does sound more like a experiment done by humans. Kevin was totally bearable this week. I don't know if they just edited out his most cutting skeptical remarks or if I judged him too quickly from the previous episode. Likely I was too quick to judge him, but we will see. Pat seemed not to be himself in some of the episode. He looked really tired and I think the horrible things he was hearing may have been freaking him out a bit. Can't blame him for that, if there is any truth to those stories it would be hard to think of something more horrible.
I heard from my niece's grandmother yesterday and she (the grandmother) has a medical problem that will prevent them from making the trip here. So I could still hitch a ride to Dulce. Now the problem is that I would have to get up really early in the morning because Dulce is like 4 hours away and the conference starts at like 10 am. Why do they always start so damn early? So probably I will pass. Had I known sooner I may have tried to book a room and went up the day before with someone. Anyhow, I am sure someone will tape it all for me and I can hear all about it from Norio, Mike and others.
I should also mention for anyone in the 4 corners area, the Aztec conference is also this weekend. Aztec is the 27th and 28th and Dulce is the 29th.

Grey Matters and Knowing
Oooops! I totally forgot that yesterday was Tuesday and a new edition of Grey Matters would be posted! You knew I would have something to say about the new guy on UFO Hunters and I did. Grey Matters is posted at Binnall of America, along with some other really great columns and Tim's great interviews!
Last night we saw Knowing. Just from the entertainment stand point alone it was good, but there was more to it than that. I have read L.A. Marzulli's and Stephen Yulish reviews (they are both linked in today's news), but as would likely be obvious to anyone that knows me at all -- I didn't agree with them. I will likely have more to say about the film in next weeks Grey Matters.

Orbs and Trails
I have a short update on my IR/chemtrail experiment at LOWFI. Sadly there isn't a lot to report about.
That metallic orb photo a couple posts down is amazing! So that is what they look like a lot closer than I normally see them. I can't tell if those are chemtrails in the photo or not.
Not much going on here. I am behaving myself and going off to sleep in a few minutes so I can get up a bit earlier and run some errands that I haven't been getting up and out of the house early enough to get done.

Dulce on UFO Hunters this week
I hear from Norio Hayakawa that UFO Hunters will be airing the Dulce episode this week. I hopped over to History Channel only to find that they apparently no longer post preview videos or even an episode guide, but I am sure Norio is probably right. If the thought of ancient astronauts and time travel freaked Kevin out last week -- I can only imagine what Dulce may do to him. :-)
Not much going on here. I have been doing really boring crap like cleaning my house. I have been keeping up on my exercising though and have only missed 1 day in the last week! That is super good for me. I normally don't last at it for more than 3 days. Maybe I am more determined this time. Yep, I may be wearing a bikini this summer!

Movies, TV, the new guy Kevin and so on
Last night we watched Cadillac Records. I highly recommend it, an interesting and entertaining film with GREAT music.
And just now I finished watching the latest episode of UFO Hunters. I miss Ted. Kevin is too skeptical for me, but he is almost comical in the way that he wants to hang onto his belief about if UFOs exist they are secret government craft and there can be no other explanation.
Aside from Kevin I loved seeing Giorgio and his adorable replicas. I have already put in a request to know where he got them because I want some!
I also found it totally amazing how aerodynamic that replica was! I mean really -- wow! I have to say that even I didn't really expect that.
Pat made a good point during the episode, one that I often try to make (that is why it was so good), people don't see UFOs because they don't spend enough time outside looking at the sky. I doubt there is anyone that has spent as much time looking at the sky as I have that hasn't seen a UFO of some sort. They really are not as rare as they are made out to be.
All and all a good episode. So far as Kevin goes, he might grow on me and become very entertaining with his refusal to let go of any of his preconceived notions, his fear of bats and getting his shoes wet from snow. :-)

Summery
It has been so beautiful here the past couple days! I haven't wanted to do anything except sit outside in the sun and plan a garden, a new patio area and other summery things. Not even any chemtrails to get me looking for orbs and rods. Clear blue skies! I am sure that will all change soon though, if not today.
I have even been working out and promising myself that I will get back into shape and be able to wear a bikini with my head held high again by June. I keep writing that publicly in different places hoping that it will inspire me to continue my work outs. For some reason stating something publicly makes it more of a plan, more concrete, than just saying it to yourself. Of course, while I am outside exercising I will also be scanning the skies for any strange objects that may fly by and have my cameras near by. :-)
